The Hallelujah Girls is a feel-good comedy about a group of women who discover that it’s never too late to make a change, find happiness, and reinvent yourself. A group of longtime friends gather at Spa-Dee-Dah, an abandoned church-turned-day spa in the small Southern town of Eden Falls. When Sugar Lee decides to renovate the place and turn it into a retreat, the women find themselves dealing with a series of personal and romantic complications. As old relationships, new romances, family issues, and long-held secrets surface, the women lean on one another—and prove that friendship can get you through just about anything. Along the way, there are plenty of laughs, colorful characters, and a little bit of Southern sass.
