The 104th Annual Melodrama will continue Santa Fe Playhouse’s tradition of presenting an original script featuring highly comedic scenes and songs, written by an anonymous committee of Santa Feans. We are seeking a diverse cast of 10 dynamic, comedic performers of all genders, races, and ages to perform Santa Fe spins on traditional melodrama archetypes, including the Hero, the Heroine, the Vamp, and the Villain; actor special skills such as singing, playing instruments, dance, combat, comedy and the like may be integrated into the script.
