Collective Rage follows five very different women — all named Betty. One is rich, one lonely, one charismatic, one lovelorn, and one spends her time working on her truck. When one Betty decides to stage a play, their lives collide “at the intersection of rage, love, and the thea-tah.” Wildly funny, fiercely queer, and unapologetically theatrical, the play explores identity, desire, and connection in unexpected ways. (And yes — the full title really is: Collective Rage: A Play in 5 Betties; In Essence, A Queer and Occasionally Hazardous Exploration; Do You Remember When You Were In Middle School And You Read About Shackleton And How He Explored the Antarctic? Imagine the Antarctic As a Pussy and It’s Sort of Like That. ) Not recommended for anyone under 16
